Premium home cleaning in District 2 — apartments, penthouses and villas in Thao Dien, Thu Thiem

District 2 is no longer an administrative unit. Since 1 July 2025, under Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15, the area has been three wards, the level of local government that now comes straight after the street in an address: An Khanh, Binh Trung and Cat Lai. The old An Phu ward was shared between An Khanh and Binh Trung. Book with the name of your building or with either form of address.

Our office is at 72 Nguyen Co Thach, in Sala. An Khanh and Binh Trung are served regularly, which helps us keep to time and keep the same team with Up Home members; for Cat Lai, contact us first to confirm a slot. Hours are 07:00 to 20:00 every day.

The word premium is used freely and seldom defined. We apply it only to what a client can verify, and the six points below hold for every booking in District 2. None of them is a paid upgrade.

1. A price in writing

Quoted before you book, with the scope and the exclusions spelled out. Any extra you have not approved in writing is not charged.

2. You know who is coming

Up specialists, the UpClean staff who do the work, have their ID and background verified and are trained to the Up Standard, our written procedure, before a first visit. Their names and photos reach you before every visit, with a reminder the day before.

3. Work to a checklist

The checklist is written for the rooms, materials and appliances of your home, and the specialist checks the work against it before inviting you to the walk-through.

4. Punctuality with a remedy

If we are more than 15 minutes late, that visit's invoice is reduced by 10%. Lobby formalities after an on-time arrival are not counted.

5. Evidence every time

The Up Report shows before-and-after photos from the same angle, the checklist completed, who did the work, and the start and finish times.

6. A free redo

Send a photo of any item that falls short within 48 hours of receiving the Up Report and it is redone at no charge.

Penthouses and large apartments in Thu Thiem and Sala tend to combine natural materials over wide areas, designer furniture and strict access rules. Many buildings ask residents to register outside staff with building management beforehand, check ID at the lobby and set a service lift and working hours. We record your building's rules and your key arrangements in a home profile before anyone arrives, and send the specialist's name and photo so that you can register the visit.

The surroundings show up indoors too. Thu Thiem, Sala and The Global City still have construction sites, and fine dust settles in balcony door tracks; river damp, closed windows and long hours of aircon darken bathroom grout and wooden cabinets early. River-facing glass is always cleaned on the inside, and on the outside only where a pane can be reached safely from the room or the balcony floor. Your own instructions, such as items not to touch, a room to leave as it is or fragrance-free products, are recorded once and followed on later visits.

A premium home usually holds things that cannot be replaced, and many Thao Dien villas have stone floors and solid timber in a humid riverside setting. The rule for an Up specialist is simple: if unsure, ask first; if there is a risk, stop and tell you.

Natural stone

Veined marble and many other stones react badly to acidic products. Old stains are recorded and reported, not forced out with strong chemicals.

Veneer, lacquer and oiled timber

A light damp wipe, then dry. Nothing is sprayed directly on the surface, and polish is used only with your agreement.

Leather and fine fabrics

Velvet, linen and leather are vacuumed or dusted during a deep clean. Deep cleaning a leather sofa is a separate service, 160,000 VND per seat, minimum 390,000 VND.

Lamps, paintings, sculpture

Frames and lamp bases within reach are dusted only with your permission. The surface of a painting, sculpture or collectible is never touched.

Riverside damp

Near the Saigon River we look for damp and mould on curtains, mattresses, wooden cabinets and aircon units and note it in your Up Report.

Families often search for a premium housekeeper when what they want is reliable, regular care of the home. To be clear: UpClean does not place live-in helpers, and Up specialists do not cook, look after children or care for elderly relatives.

What we offer is Up Home: 130,000 VND per hour for each specialist, at least 3 hours a visit. Members are looked after by the same team, working from the saved home profile; if your usual specialist is unavailable, the replacement follows that profile. We suggest one of three plans, Essential, Plus or Signature, by floor area and frequency, and a deep clean, aircon cleaning, sofa cleaning or stone floor polishing can be added when the home needs it.

Every booking is charged from the public price list on our website, and the six points above apply to all of them. The examples are calculated from that list; the floor areas are illustrations, not taken from any development's records.

Deep clean, apartment or penthouse

15,000 VND per m², minimum 900,000 VND per visit. A 95 m² apartment in Sala: 1,425,000 VND. A 240 m² penthouse in Thu Thiem: 3,600,000 VND.

Deep clean, villa

20,000 VND per m² of total floor area. A Thao Dien villa with 420 m² of floor: 8,400,000 VND.

Up Home in an apartment

One specialist for 4 hours a week: 520,000 VND per visit, about 2,080,000 VND for four visits in a month.

Up Home in a villa

Two specialists working 4 hours: 1,040,000 VND per visit; we advise on team size and hours from the floor area.

Specialist items

At their own listed prices, for example 550,000 VND per ceiling cassette aircon unit. Stone floor polishing is quoted after a survey.

Tuoi Tre newspaper reported in 2020 that nearly 6,000 foreign nationals of 102 nationalities lived in Thao Dien, and many homes around Thao Dien and An Phu are let furnished.

English

Enquiries, quotes, booking confirmations and the Up Report can all be in English. If you need a specialist who speaks English in your home, note it when booking; if we cannot arrange that, we say so in advance and support the visit by phone or message.

Keys

You do not need to be home. Leave a key with reception, building management or family: only the assigned specialist handles it, the handover times appear in the Up Report and keys are never copied. A door code is shared only with that specialist and our coordinators; we recommend a temporary code, changed after the visit.

Privacy

Personal belongings, papers and drawers are left alone. Photos are taken only in the work area, for the report and any redo; they are not shared or published without your written consent, and you can ask for them to be deleted at any time.

Landlords and payment

The Up Report serves as a condition record between two tenancies. Payment follows the walk-through, by bank transfer or cash, and invoices are issued on request under Vietnamese regulations, for individuals and companies.
