Which ward is The Metropole Thu Thiem in?
The Metropole is a mixed-use development in the Thu Thiem new urban area. Under Clause 78, Article 1 of Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15, the whole of the former Thu Thiem ward became part of the new An Khanh ward on 1 July 2025 — so the development is now in An Khanh ward.
VnExpress reports total investment of around VND 7.3 trillion across four phases, with homes ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments plus duplexes and sky villas of up to about 335 m². That range is exactly why we tailor the work to each unit type.

What each unit type needs
- Studios and 1-bedrooms
- Open kitchens mean cooking smells and grease reach curtains and sofas. Focus on the kitchen, cooker hood, bathroom and fabrics; small units usually fall under the per-visit minimum.
- 2–3 bedrooms
- Usually an aircon per bedroom, built-in wardrobes and balconies. Focus on aircon, mattresses, wardrobes and balcony glass.
- 4 bedrooms
- Several bathrooms, a study and storage — often best split over two visits or paired with regular Up Home care.
- Duplexes
- Internal stairs and often a double-height void: handrails, treads, glazing and tall curtains need planning, so we survey first.
- Sky villas
- Large floor plates, premium materials and extensive glass. We survey, write an area-by-area checklist and send a team sized to the agreed timeline.
Why duplexes and sky villas are surveyed first
In tall spaces the hard work is overhead: inside faces of glazed walls, curtain tracks, feature lighting, ceiling cassette grilles and stair edges. A survey lets us note stone, timber and coated glass, confirm which areas can be reached safely from inside, and agree the scope in writing. Exterior glass that can't be reached from inside, or anything needing work-at-height equipment, is discussed separately.
Living in a multi-phase development
In developments built in phases, residents often live alongside units still being fitted out. Fine dust finds its way through corridors, door gaps and balconies onto glass, tracks and aircon filters. During that period we suggest shorter intervals for aircon and glass cleaning and steady Up Home visits; if your own unit has just been fitted out, our move-in cleaning service is the better fit.
Example costs by unit type
Examples use assumed floor areas and our published rates — they are not official unit sizes. For duplexes and sky villas the final fixed price follows a survey.
- Example: 40 m² studio
- 40 m² × 15,000 VND = 600,000 VND, so the 900,000 VND minimum applies.
- Example: 80 m² two-bedroom
- Deep clean 1,200,000 VND; two wall units 500,000 VND.
- Example: 150 m² four-bedroom
- Deep clean 2,250,000 VND; five aircon units in one visit 1,225,000 VND.
- Example: 330 m² sky villa
- Deep clean from 4,950,000 VND; three cassettes and three wall units 2,360,000 VND; 40 m² of curtains 1,600,000 VND; 80 m² of interior glass 800,000 VND.
- Regular Up Home care
- 130,000 VND per hour, 3-hour minimum — from 390,000 VND per visit.
Building access
Premium towers typically ask for contractor names in advance, ID at reception and a designated lift for equipment. Each building sets and updates its own rules, and we follow what you or management tell us. Your specialist's details are sent before every visit; check-in time when we've arrived on time doesn't count as late. We work 07:00–20:00, seven days a week. UpClean is independent and not affiliated with the developer or building management.
