Do you clean high-level shopfront glass?+
We clean glass within safe reach from the ground, balconies and inside. High-level areas that need specialist access equipment are surveyed separately and only carried out when it is safe to do so, with your approval of the method.
Will floor polishing affect opening hours?+
Polishing is usually scheduled on closing days or outside trading hours. We tell you in advance how long the floor needs before it is ready for customers.
Will you move our display products?+
Only with your approval. Your specialist photographs positions first, protects fragile items and returns everything exactly where it was.
Can you look after the living space as well?+
Yes. The living space can be included in the same contract as the shop, or covered by a separate Up Home membership — whichever suits you.
Can you clean before opening day?+
Yes. Our post-fit-out cleaning removes fine dust, adhesive and paint marks from glass and floors and wipes down every display, so the space is ready to open.
Do you issue VAT invoices?+
Yes. We issue VAT invoices for each billing cycle agreed in the contract.
