How is it priced?+
Pricing depends on the model, shifts, hours, floor area, restrooms and who supplies consumables. After a free survey we send a fixed monthly quote in writing.
What happens when a janitor is on leave?+
We arrange a replacement under the contract and hand over the task list for your premises, so the routine continues.
Who supplies consumables such as toilet paper and soap?+
This is agreed in the contract: we can supply everything, or you supply consumables while we provide equipment and cleaning solutions.
Are staff supervised?+
Yes. A supervisor inspects regularly against the agreed checklist and sends an Up Report to your contact. Anything not up to standard is redone within 48 hours.
Do you serve schools and clinics?+
Yes, scheduled around class or clinic hours. In clinics we provide general cleaning of waiting areas, corridors, restrooms and offices; we do not sterilise medical instruments, and medical waste is collected by a licensed contractor.
Do you work outside Ho Chi Minh City?+
For sites in Binh Duong, Dong Nai or Long An, please contact us to arrange a survey before we confirm.
