- Standing, desk and tower fans: guards and blades removed and washed, body and vents wiped
- Ceiling fans: blades and light covers cleaned in place where a ladder can be set up safely
- Air purifiers and dehumidifiers: housing, vents, pre-filter and water tank cleaned

Home appliance cleaning: your questions
Do you repair appliances?+
No. We clean only. Repairs, part replacement and electrical work need a qualified technician; we photograph any fault we notice so you can contact the service centre.
Do you remove the heating element or anode rod?+
No. That involves electrical and seal work. We clean the exterior and flush sediment through the drain valve where one is fitted and safely accessible.
Can you wash HEPA filters?+
Most HEPA and carbon filters should not be washed. We clean the housing, vents and pre-filter, and replace the HEPA filter only with one you have supplied for your model.
Can you clean high ceiling fans?+
Yes, where an A-frame ladder can be set up securely. Blades and light covers are cleaned in place; double-height ceilings need a photo survey first.
How long does a visit take?+
It depends on the number and condition of appliances. The estimated time is included in your quote.
Can I book this with aircon or fridge cleaning?+
Yes. List everything when you contact us and we send one fixed quote for the whole visit.
What if something is not right afterwards?+
We redo it free of charge within 48 hours of your Up Report. Damage must be reported within 24 hours with photos; we check it against the starting photos and take responsibility under our policy where our specialist is at fault.
