Premium home cleaning in Thao Dien — riverside villas, compounds and high-rise apartments

On 1 July 2025 the city replaced districts with larger wards, its local administrative units, and Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 folded Thao Dien, Thu Thiem, An Loi Dong, the old An Khanh and the rest of An Phu into one An Khanh ward. A lease that reads Thao Dien ward, District 2 remains valid; book with either address.

Riverside villas

Anyone can call a cleaning service premium. We keep the word for things you can check afterwards, and these six come with every booking in Thao Dien at no extra charge.

• A price on paper: the all-inclusive quote states the scope and what is left out; nothing is added unless you approve it in writing.
• A named person: each specialist is ID- and background-checked and trained to the Up Standard, our written procedure; you have the name and photo beforehand.
• A checklist drawn up for your home, room by room and material by material.
• Punctuality with a remedy: more than 15 minutes late and that visit's bill is cut by 10%. Time at a gate or lobby desk after an on-time arrival is not lateness.
• Photos of the result: the Up Report arrives by WhatsApp or Zalo with before-and-after photos, the checklist completed, who came, and the start and finish times.
• A redo: within 48 hours of the Up Report, send a photo of anything in the agreed scope that is not right and it is redone free of charge.

A Thao Dien villa is usually large and on several floors, with stone underfoot, solid timber and a garden; some add an open veranda facing the river and a private pool. We visit first, split the checklist by floor and size the team with the aim of finishing on the day booked.

The garden sends soil, fine sand and bits of leaf indoors, and the sand slowly dulls stone along the main walkway. Tuoi Tre newspaper (June 2025) describes Nguyen Van Huong, Quoc Huong and Thao Dien streets as low-lying with old drains, where heavy rain on a high tide can leave water 0.15–0.3 m deep for one to two hours. In the rainy season, May to November, the specialist checks ground-floor walls, wooden cabinets and curtain hems and puts any damp mark in the Up Report.

Natural stone

Veined marble and many other stones do not tolerate acid. A stain that was already there is photographed and reported, not attacked with strong chemicals.

Veneer, lacquer, oiled timber

A well-wrung damp cloth, then a dry one straight away; no polish unless you have agreed to it.

Leather, velvet, linen

Vacuumed or dusted only. Deep cleaning a leather sofa is booked separately at 160,000 VND per seat, minimum 390,000 VND.

Paintings, sculpture, designer lamps

Their surfaces are left alone; a frame or lamp base is dusted only once you have said so.

The towers differ in age, finishes and residents, so one checklist does not fit them all. We work for you directly and are not affiliated with any developer or building management.

The Nassim

Marble floors and a private lift lobby for each home. Stone is wiped with a pH-neutral product and soft cloths; in the lobby we clean only what belongs to your apartment.

The Ascent

Ceilings of 3.1 m and glass over 3 m high. The inner face is cleaned on every visit; the outer face only where a pane can be reached safely from the room or the balcony floor.

Gateway Thao Dien

Windows 2.4–2.7 m high. Washing curtains of that height is a separate service at 40,000 VND per m², minimum 400,000 VND; sky villas and garden villas are surveyed before we quote.

Thao Dien Pearl

Two 33-storey riverside towers with 16 duplexes, many lived in for over ten years. Products are tried on a hidden spot first; a deep-set stain may only fade, and we say so at the outset.

Xi Riverview Palace

Right beside the Saigon River. In the humid months curtains, mattresses, wooden wardrobes and aircon units get a closer look, and any damp goes into the report.

Masteri Thao Dien

Five blocks above a shopping mall by the metro line; mostly compact homes, many of them let. There the Up Report gives owner and tenant one record to look at.

People who search for a premium housekeeper here usually want someone who knows the house and can be trusted. UpClean is not a placement agency: we do not supply live-in staff, and Up specialists do not cook, mind children or care for elderly relatives.

What we offer is Up Home: 130,000 VND per hour for each specialist, at least 3 hours a visit. Members keep the same team, and a saved home profile lets a stand-in work from the same notes. At 15,000 VND per m² a deep clean comes to 975,000 VND; none is charged below 900,000 VND.

Four-bedroom apartment, 143 m²

2,145,000 VND at the apartment rate.

Riverside villa, 350 m² of floor

20,000 VND per m² of total floor area, so 7,000,000 VND.

One specialist for 3 hours: 390,000 VND per visit.

Up Home in a villa

Two specialists working 5 hours: 1,300,000 VND per visit.

Extras

A ceiling cassette aircon unit is 550,000 VND. Stone floor polishing is quoted after a survey.

According to Tuoi Tre (2020), almost 6,000 foreigners of 102 nationalities were living in Thao Dien, and most homes let to them come furnished.

English

Enquiries, quotes, booking confirmations and the Up Report can all be in English. If you want a specialist who speaks English in the home, note it when you book; if we cannot arrange one, we tell you in advance and support the visit by phone or message.

Keys

You need not be at home. A key can stay with reception, building management or family; only the assigned specialist handles it, and keys are never copied.

Privacy

Drawers, personal belongings and papers are not touched. Photos are taken only where work is done and are never shared or published without your written consent.
