What clinic cleaning covers, and what it does not
A dental clinic has two kinds of clean. The first is clinical asepsis: instruments, handpieces, trays, the dental chair and surfaces around the operating field, handled by your own team. The second is the cleanliness of the space itself: floors, glass, waiting chairs, restrooms and the air in the waiting room. UpClean looks after the second so your clinicians can concentrate on the first.

- Floors, wall tiles, glass, doors, handles, switches, waiting chairs, reception, restrooms, staff room, general waste, air conditioners, curtains and sofas.
- The clinic does
- Instrument sterilisation, turnaround of the dental chair and operating surfaces between patients, autoclave operation.
- A licensed contractor does
- Collection of medical waste, sharps and chemical waste under the clinic's own agreement.
- UpClean does not certify
- Whether a clinic meets infection-control requirements. The Up Report is a record of cleaning work only.
How far does our disinfection go?
We offer surface disinfection of common areas: cleaning first, then spraying or wiping with products permitted for sale in Vietnam, left for the contact time the manufacturer specifies. Priority points are door handles, chair arms, reception counters, switches and restrooms.
This is a supporting hygiene measure. We do not sterilise, we quote no kill rates and we do not replace the clinical disinfection your clinic carries out under Ministry of Health rules. Where fumigation of an enclosed space is required, it is arranged through a qualified partner after a survey, with sealing, ventilation and re-entry conditions set out in writing.
Air conditioners, curtains and waiting-room sofas
These items carry list prices and can be added to the same contract.
- Wall-mounted aircon
- 250,000 VND per 1–1.5 HP unit, 300,000 VND from 2 HP; 10% off each unit from the 3rd in one visit. Free gas-pressure check and a 90-day warranty.
- Ceiling units
- Cassette 550,000 VND, ducted 700,000 VND per unit, scheduled on a day the clinic is closed.
- Curtains
- 40,000 VND per m², minimum 400,000 VND per visit.
- Sofas
- Fabric 130,000 VND per seat, leather 160,000 VND per seat, minimum 390,000 VND per visit.
Contracts, invoices and service areas
Choose a monthly contract, a one-off pre-opening clean or both. VAT invoices are issued by Uptech Technology Solution Company Limited (tax code 0316973414). Anything within the agreed scope that falls short is redone free when you tell us within 48 hours.
We serve clinics regularly in An Khanh (Sala, Thu Thiem, Thao Dien), Binh Trung, Cat Lai, Phu My Hung, Thanh My Tay (Binh Thanh), former Districts 1, 3 and 4, Phu Nhuan and Nha Be, and accept bookings in Districts 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, Go Vap, Tan Binh, Tan Phu and former District 9, with time slots confirmed on booking.
