Sarimi is in An Khanh ward
Sala lies within the Thu Thiem new urban area. Clause 78 of Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 combined all of Thu Thiem, An Loi Dong, Thao Dien and An Khanh wards, plus the rest of An Phu, into An Khanh ward from 1 July 2025. As Thu Thiem and An Loi Dong were merged whole, Sarimi and all of Sala are now in An Khanh ward.

Being Sarimi's neighbours
Our office is at 72 Nguyen Co Thach, in Sala. Proximity doesn't change our process or guarantees, but it makes small things easier: a pre-quote survey for a large home, smoother key arrangements while you travel, or scheduling a 48-hour redo. Every visit is still confirmed in advance and we don't promise same-day attendance. Closeness suits a steady weekly or fortnightly routine best.
Regular care
In a long-lived-in home, consistency matters more than one big clean. Up Home is charged by the hour: surfaces, kitchen, bathrooms, vacuuming and bed linen from a checklist you choose. A 4-hour visit is 520,000 VND. Every quarter, add one deeper job in rotation — aircon, curtains, inside kitchen cabinets, interior glass — and once a year a full deep clean with sofas and rugs.
Ten years on: renovation and the clean that follows
Many owners are now refreshing kitchens, bathrooms, floors and paintwork. Renovation dust travels through the whole home on aircon airflow and under doors. Post-renovation cleaning means extracting fine dust from cabinets, ceilings and door gaps, removing paint and adhesive, and cleaning the aircon. Book it once debris is cleared and before fabrics and mattresses go back.
Leather, wool and natural materials
Leather sofas, wool and hand-knotted rugs, timber floors and natural stone age beautifully with the right care but are easily damaged by the wrong products. We test first, use material-appropriate solutions, and say up front if a mark is unlikely to come out fully. With so much greenery nearby, rugs and curtains catch fine dust and pollen; air purifiers should be cleaned regularly too.
