Which ward is The Nassim in now?
Vietnam Investment Review (VIR) describes The Nassim as a Thao Dien, District 2 project developed by Hongkong Land and SonKim Land. Clause 78, Article 1 of Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 merged the whole of Thao Dien ward into the new An Khanh ward from 1 July 2025. As Thao Dien was not split, The Nassim is unambiguously in An Khanh ward — the same ward as our Sala office.
What sets The Nassim apart
According to VIR's 2015 report, the project has four towers and 238 apartments, from one to four bedrooms plus penthouses; two penthouses of more than 450 m² have private pools, saunas and sky-deck barbecue areas. Units were presented with private lift lobbies, separate wet and dry kitchens and marble flooring. With relatively few homes across four towers, the feel is low-density: finer materials, more surfaces needing specific care, and residents who value discretion.
Everyday care for marble — and when to polish
Marble's veining and shine are its appeal, but it is sensitive to acid. Lemon juice, vinegar and some bathroom or floor cleaners can dull it within a few uses, and grit carried in on shoes leaves fine scratches along main walkways. On deep cleans we use neutral solutions and soft cloths, never stiff brushes or abrasive powders. Once the surface is clearly dull or stained, our stone-floor service surveys it, tests a small patch and proceeds only after you approve the finish.
Between visits: blot spills of juice, wine or coffee immediately; put a mat at the entrance and in the lift lobby; avoid acidic or strong chlorine cleaners; use felt pads under chair and table legs.
Wet kitchen, dry kitchen and the private lift lobby
Two kitchens keep heavy cooking away from the display space, but mean two sets of surfaces. The wet kitchen gathers grease on the hood, splashback and upper cabinets; the dry kitchen often has a large fridge, wine cabinet and stone island that need the right products to stay immaculate. Range hoods are 350,000 VND each, side-by-side fridges 500,000 VND.
The private lift lobby is the first thing guests see: we clean mirrors, stainless steel, handles and stone floor within your unit's area as management permits, and never touch lift controls or equipment.
Penthouses with private pools
A one-off pool clean starts at 1,500,000 VND for up to 40 m² of water surface; larger pools or special conditions are quoted after a survey, with treatment products charged as used and agreed in advance. Terraces, barbecue areas and saunas can be added to a deep clean. Before a party, book at least a day ahead so stone, outdoor timber and cushions are fully dry.

Access, privacy and independence
Low-density buildings usually control contractor access closely — advance registration, ID at reception, directed lift use. These rules are the building's and may change, so we follow what you or reception tell us at booking. Specialists are identity-checked and trained to the Up Standard; you get their name and photo beforehand. Photos are taken only for the condition record and your Up Report and are never shared. Waiting at reception after arriving on time doesn't count as lateness.
