How is this different from pest control?

Disinfection and odour removal are cleaning services for everyday living. They do not treat termites, cockroaches, mosquitoes, ants or rodents — for those, see our Termite & pest control service, carried out by a licensed partner. If health authorities instruct disinfection for disease control, please follow their guidance and designated providers.

What we do not claim

We use approved products as directed, but we do not quote kill rates or make medical claims. The aim is a clean, well-aired and pleasant home.

How much does it cost?+

It depends on the area, number of rooms, the odour source and how many soft furnishings need treatment. Send photos on WhatsApp +84 968 726 135 for a fixed written quote.

Do we need to leave the house?+

Not necessarily. Children, elderly relatives and pets should stay in another area during spraying and ventilation; we tell you when each room can be used.

Will it get rid of cockroaches or ants?+

No. Insects and termites are handled by our pest control service through a licensed partner.

Our bathroom still smells after cleaning — can you help?+

We clean the toilet base, grout and drain covers where residue builds up. If the smell comes from the pipes or a dry trap, we explain the cause so a plumber can fix it.

Do you guarantee 99.9% of germs are killed?+

No. We do not quote kill rates or make medical claims.

Can pet urine odour be removed from a sofa?+

In most cases it is noticeably reduced. Urine that has soaked deep into foam may not disappear completely; we test first and tell you what to expect.
