Which ward is The Vista An Phu in?
The Vista stands at 628C Hanoi Highway, formerly An Phu ward, District 2. An Phu was one of the wards split by Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15: Clause 76 put part of it, with Binh Trung Dong and Binh Trung Tay, into the new Binh Trung ward, while Clause 78 put the remainder, with Thu Thiem, An Loi Dong, Thao Dien and An Khanh, into the new An Khanh ward.
The resolution doesn't describe the internal boundary. The post-merger address lookup published by Thu Vien Nha Dat gives The Vista's new address as An Khanh ward, which fits its position on the river side of Vo Nguyen Giap Street next to Thao Dien. If your documents say otherwise, just let us know — we serve both An Khanh and Binh Trung regularly, so it makes no difference to booking.
About the development
According to the Government's online newspaper (baochinhphu.vn), The Vista was developed by CapitaLand with Thien Duc and Phu Gia, started construction in 2008 and was completed in September 2011, overlooking the Saigon River. It has five 28-storey towers with 750 apartments and 100 serviced apartments, plus ground-floor retail. Thu Vien Nha Dat lists unit sizes from about 101 m² to over 200 m².
In short, these are spacious family homes that have been lived in for more than a decade. The job here isn't a new-build clean — it's keeping a large, well-furnished home fresh and in good condition over the years.
Cleaning a large, multi-generation home
A three- or four-bedroom apartment often houses grandparents, children and sometimes pets. The living room has a big sofa, rugs and full-height curtains; each bedroom has its own aircon, mattress and wardrobe. We draw up the list room by room, do appliances and fabrics first and surfaces and floors last, and split very large homes over two visits when that suits the household.
We pay particular attention to children's mattresses and play mats, non-slip bathroom surfaces for older family members, the daily-use family kitchen, and pet hair in sofas, rugs and aircon filters.
Ten-plus years by the river
Time shows in grout, dulled stone counters, yellowing door seals and sun-weakened curtains, and the long rainy season — roughly May to November — keeps wardrobes, mattresses and curtain linings damp. We clean deeply but gently: no abrasives on stone, steel or glass, spot tests before tackling stains, and photos of existing wear. We don't repair appliances or leaks; if we notice something unusual we photograph it and let you know.

A year-round care plan
- March–April: all aircon units cleaned and gas pressure checked; inside glass and balcony door tracks
- Mid rainy season: mattresses and dust-mite treatment; wardrobes and built-in cupboards
- Around November: curtains, sofas and rugs, when drier weather helps fabrics dry
- Before Tet: full deep clean, kitchen and bathrooms
- All year: weekly or fortnightly Up Home between the big jobs
Building management and independence
With homes, serviced apartments and retail on one site, access routes are usually separate, and many managements require advance registration, ID checks and a designated lift for equipment. These rules are the building's and can change, so we follow your or management's instructions. You get your specialist's name and photo beforehand; all are identity-checked and trained to the Up Standard. Waiting at reception after arriving on time doesn't count as late. Hours are 07:00–20:00 daily.
