How much does curtain cleaning cost?+
40,000 VND per m², with a minimum of 400,000 VND per visit. Taking curtains down and re-hanging them is 100,000 VND. Your specialist measures and agrees the area with you before starting, and the price then stays fixed.
How often should curtains be cleaned?+
Usually every 6–12 months. If you live near a busy road or a construction site, have pets, or someone at home has dust allergies, every 3–6 months is better.
Can you clean curtains without taking them away?+
Yes. Heavy fabrics and curtains that are hard to remove can be steam-cleaned and vacuumed in place. For curtains that need washing, we confirm the method and return time with your quote.
Can I just put my curtains in the washing machine?+
We wouldn't recommend it for large panels or coated fabrics. Wet curtains get very heavy and can overload a home machine, blackout coatings can crack under a hard spin, and sheers snag and shrink easily. We choose the method for each set based on its fabric and care label.
Will my curtains shrink or fade?+
We check the care label and test colourfastness on a hidden corner first. If a fabric such as linen or cotton, or an older, worn curtain, carries a risk of shrinking, we'll explain it and agree the approach with you before we start.
Can you take my curtains down and put them back up?+
Yes, for 100,000 VND. We label each panel, then re-hang it and set the pleats in the right place. High-mounted curtains, such as in double-height living rooms, are assessed first so we can bring the right access equipment, and we proceed only with your approval.
