Which tanks do we clean?

Stainless-steel tanks: Scrubbed with soft brushes only — no wire brushes, abrasives or strong acids.
Plastic tanks: Algae is removed and the lid, threads and any ageing cracks are checked and recorded.
Underground cisterns: Accepted only where the access hatch is wide enough and the space can be properly ventilated.

How do we keep the work safe?

Rooftop tanks are only serviced where there is a fixed ladder, railing or solid platform, with a harness used near roof edges. Underground cisterns are confined spaces: we open and ventilate them first, one team member always stays outside, and nobody enters if the air, access or water inflow is not safe. Rain or strong wind means the visit is rescheduled.

What we do not do

We clean and disinfect the tank; we do not test water quality or certify it, and we do not repair pumps, valves or floats. If you need water testing, please contact an accredited laboratory after the clean.

How often should a water tank be cleaned?+

Typically every six to twelve months for household tanks, and sooner if you notice sediment or odour, after renovation, or after the home has been empty for a while.

How much does it cost?+

It depends on the tank type, capacity, number of tanks, access and sediment level. Send photos on WhatsApp +84 968 726 135 for an indicative quote; the fixed price is confirmed in writing before work.

Will we be without water?+

Yes, while the tank is drained, cleaned and rinsed. We tell you the shut-off time in advance so you can store water for the interim.

Do you clean underground cisterns?+

Yes, where the hatch is wide enough and the space can be ventilated. We always work as a team of at least two, with one person outside.

Is the disinfectant safe for drinking water tanks?+

We use products approved for domestic water storage at the labelled dose, then rinse repeatedly until no trace of smell remains before restoring the supply.

Do you test the water afterwards?+

No. We clean the tank but do not test or certify water quality. For testing, please use an accredited laboratory.

Can you repair a broken float valve or lid?+

We clean these parts and record any faults in the Up Report, but repairs should be handled by a plumber.
