Which ward is Thao Dien Pearl in now?
VnExpress (October 2018) gives the address as 12 Quoc Huong, Thao Dien ward, District 2. Clause 78, Article 1 of Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 merged all of Thao Dien ward into the new An Khanh ward from 1 July 2025; as the ward wasn't split, both towers are now in An Khanh ward. Pink books issued earlier remain valid with the old address.

What a decade of living leaves behind
A home lived in for more than ten years can look tidy and still carry layers you only notice up close: darkened grout, limescale on taps and shower screens, a thin film of grease on upper kitchen cabinets, dust deep in aircon fins and door tracks. A yearly refresh reaches what daily cleaning can't.
We put the safety of older materials ahead of speed: products are tested in a hidden spot first and nothing abrasive goes on stone, wood, steel or enamel. Stains that have soaked into a material may fade rather than disappear, and we say so before we start.
Duplexes: stairs and double-height spaces
The 16 duplexes are two-level homes, so they're cleaned differently: an internal staircase that's touched every day and a double-height void where dust settles out of reach. We survey first to size the job and the equipment. Our team only works at heights safely reachable with an indoor A-frame ladder; anything needing scaffolding we'll tell you is out of scope.
Riverside living above a retail podium
Bao Chinh phu describes the site on the Saigon River bank with river views on three sides, and VnExpress mentions the retail podium with supermarket and restaurants. River air brings humidity, especially in the May–November rainy season, so wardrobes, mattresses and fabric sofas in rooms kept closed can turn musty. Older aircon units also benefit from regular cleaning with a check on the condensate drain.

Access and independence
Mixed residential-retail buildings usually separate residents, shoppers and service providers. Many ask for advance registration, ID at the desk and a set lift for floor machines; rules vary and change, so we follow your or management's instructions. Specialist details arrive beforehand, and lobby waiting after an on-time arrival doesn't count as late. Hours are 07:00–20:00 daily. UpClean is independent of the developer and building management.
