Which ward is Diamond Island in?
Diamond Island's address is 1 Street 104, former Binh Trung Tay ward, District 2. Clause 76, Article 1 of Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 merged all of Binh Trung Dong and Binh Trung Tay, plus part of An Phu, into the new Binh Trung ward. Because Binh Trung Tay was merged whole rather than split, the entire development is in Binh Trung.

Humidity: the price of a river view
Water on three sides brings fresh air and open views, and constant moisture — especially in the May-to-November rainy season. In apartments that are often closed up, such as units between tenants or owners who travel, damp settles into upholstery, inside timber wardrobes and behind furniture pushed against walls.
Typical signs are a musty smell when you open a wardrobe, stored clothes that smell stale, and small marks along bathroom grout or on the back of curtains. They're easy to deal with early; left alone, you end up washing and deodorising many things at once.
- Open wardrobes and rotate stored items at least monthly
- Run the aircon in dry mode for a few hours when the flat is closed for days
- Wash curtains, mattresses and fabric sofas seasonally, ideally before and after the rains
- Check aircon drain pipes and bathroom floor drains
What a long-lived-in apartment needs
The towers here have been occupied for years, so most requests are about restoring cleanliness rather than move-in cleans. After several summers, aircon coils and drip trays hold residue, washing-machine drums collect detergent scale, shower-screen seals darken, and mattresses hold sweat and dust mites. We suggest bundling these into one planned deep clean rather than piecemeal visits — less disruption, and aircon units from the third onwards are discounted.
Garden, pool and sky villas
Larger unit types are priced at our villa rate because of the extra glass, terraces, paths and furniture. Private pools are quoted as a one-off pool clean for water surfaces up to 40 m²; larger pools or special water treatment are surveyed first. We don't operate filtration systems or touch pool plant equipment.

A dual-key unit has two spaces with separate entrances, often one lived in and one let. Each side can be cleaned on its own schedule with its own Up Report. Between tenants we suggest: aircon, washing machine, bathrooms and kitchen first; mattresses, curtains and sofas next; floors, glass and a final check last. Owners abroad can leave keys with family, an agent or as management directs, and sign off by video.
