Which ward is Gateway Thao Dien in now?
CBRE's listings place Gateway Thao Dien in Thao Dien ward, former District 2. Clause 78, Article 1 of Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 merged the whole of Thao Dien ward into the new An Khanh ward from 1 July 2025; since it wasn't split, the entire development is now in An Khanh ward. Leases signed earlier may still show the old address — either form works when you book.

Caring for 2.4–2.7 m windows
Big dual-aspect windows mean a lot of fabric and glass. A full-height curtain usually pairs a heavy blackout layer with a sheer; both are heavy when wet and crease if washed wrongly, sun fades them over time, and the folds collect dust and damp smells. We sort curtains by material, check hooks, tracks and seams, photograph existing wear and re-hang everything as it was. Glass is cleaned inside and wherever it can be reached safely from the apartment or balcony; the exterior façade is the building's job.
Fitting around international family life
VnExpress described the area as home to many foreigners living and working in the city. For these households, cleaning tends to follow the school year, long trips home and relocations rather than a rigid cycle: clear the fridge and wash mattresses before a long summer away, air the apartment and clean the aircon just before you return, and refresh sofas and rugs at the start of term. Itemised quotes, bilingual Up Reports and VAT invoices are standard.
End-of-lease cleaning
When a lease ends, the apartment is usually checked against the inventory signed at move-in. A thorough clean with photo evidence makes that handback smoother. We clean and document; assessing damage or deposits remains between landlord and tenant. Book it after your belongings have gone, a day or two before handback, so fabrics can dry. Large units can be split: fabrics first, then the full clean.
