Which ward is Vista Verde in now?
CapitaLand lists Vista Verde at 02 Phan Van Dang, Thanh My Loi ward, District 2 — the area many people know by Dong Van Cong street. Under Clause 75, Article 1 of Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15, the whole of Thanh My Loi ward was combined with Cat Lai ward to form the new Cat Lai ward from 1 July 2025. Because the old ward was not split, all four towers are in Cat Lai — not in neighbouring Binh Trung, one of our core wards.

Almost a decade in: what quietly builds up
The first residents moved in during mid-2017. Floors and worktops get wiped every day, but hidden places slowly deteriorate: the back of aircon coils, fridge door seals, the space between washer drums, range-hood filters, grout around the shower. These are the usual sources of a lived-in smell. Rather than one overloaded day, we suggest grouping the work — cooling appliances, laundry and fabrics, surfaces, then regular upkeep — and starting with whichever matters most.
Washers, fridges and range hoods
For washing machines we remove the parts designed to come out and clean the drum, door seal, detergent drawer and filter. Fridges get shelves, drawers and seals cleaned and deodorised; range-hood grease filters are soaked and the body wiped. We clean only — no electrical repairs or part replacement. Any sign of a fault goes into your Up Report so you can contact the manufacturer.
Glass facing the Saigon River and Phu My Bridge
River breezes at 34 storeys leave a fine film on glass, door tracks and insect screens. We clean inside glass, frames, tracks and whatever is safely reachable from the balcony; the exterior façade is the building's job. Tracks are vacuumed before wiping so doors glide and seals aren't scratched.
Four-bedroom homes: one day or two visits?
VnExpress (Dec 2014) reported river-view four-bedroom units in the fourth tower. For large homes we offer two options: more specialists to finish in a day, or two visits — appliances and fabrics first, surfaces second — if the family is living in. Both are priced on the same published rates.

Booking in Cat Lai, and building access
Our team is based in Sala, An Khanh ward, and busiest in An Khanh and Binh Trung. For Vista Verde, message us a few days ahead with two preferred times and we'll confirm which works; we don't promise same-day visits. Hours are 07:00–20:00 daily.
Many buildings ask residents to pre-register service staff and use the goods lift for equipment. We don't assume Vista Verde's specific rules — we follow what you or management tell us.
