Is Masteri An Phu in An Khanh or Binh Trung ward?
A fair question: the old An Phu ward was split in the 2025 reorganisation, part going to Binh Trung (Clause 76 of Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15) and the rest to An Khanh (Clause 78). But a project's name doesn't set its boundaries. Masterise Homes' official page places Masteri An Phu at 179 Hanoi Highway, Thao Dien ward, fronting Hanoi Highway, Vo Truong Toan Street and Street No. 9.
Thao Dien was not split — it moved whole into An Khanh from 1 July 2025 — so on the developer's published address the project is now in An Khanh ward. That stretch of Hanoi Highway was also renamed Vo Nguyen Giap Street by the city council in 2023, as Tuoi Tre reported. When booking, tower, floor and unit number are all we need; either address format is fine.
About the development
According to Masterise Homes, Masteri An Phu is a pair of 42-storey twin towers with more than 1,000 units: apartments, officetels, penthouses and shophouses. It topped out on 25 September 2018 with Coteccons as main contractor, and handover was scheduled for the first quarter of 2019. Highlighted facilities include a pool area of about 500 m² and a sky garden of about 1,300 m².
With so many unit types under one roof, needs vary widely — from a professional's one-bedroom to a family three-bedroom, a live-work officetel or a large penthouse — so we recommend tasks based on how you actually use the space.
High-floor glass, curtains and airflow
On the upper floors of a 42-storey tower, wind carries fine dust from the highway onto glass and window tracks, and rain leaves mineral streaks as it dries. Indoors, blackout curtains take the full afternoon sun, fade and hold dust in their folds. Cleaning these makes a visible difference to the light in a room.
We clean the inside of the glass and any panes safely reachable from within the apartment or a railed balcony. We never climb beyond the railing or clean high-rise exterior glass — that requires rope-access equipment usually arranged by the building. Curtains are cleaned in place or taken down and re-hung, depending on fabric and track.
Seven years on: what to prioritise
Counting from the planned 2019 handover, many units are now in their seventh year. Aircon fins and drain trays clog and drip — after cleaning we check gas pressure free and quote any top-up first. Range hood filters and kitchen grout carry built-up grease; shower screens and taps carry limescale, which we tackle with non-abrasive tools; mattresses, sofas and curtains hold damp and odour after several rainy seasons.
Officetels and home offices
Officetels are unusual among nearby projects. Desks, office chairs, shelving and electronics fill much of the space and visitors come and go more often. We schedule around your working day within 07:00–20:00, dust surfaces and equipment as you direct without dismantling electronics, and never move or rearrange papers without your say-so. Office chairs can be added and are priced per chair; VAT invoices can be issued to the company renting the unit.

Working with building management
In large mixed developments with apartments, officetels and shops, management usually separates resident, visitor and contractor routes and may ask for advance registration, ID at the desk and a designated lift for equipment. Those rules are the building's and can change, so we follow whatever you or management tell us at booking. Specialists are identity-checked and trained to the Up Standard, and you receive their name and photo beforehand. Waiting at reception after arriving on time is not counted as lateness.
