- Windows, frames, sliding-door tracks and balcony railings cleaned
- Kitchen degreased: hob, splashback, cabinet fronts, appliance exteriors and sink
- Bathrooms descaled: taps and shower screens, plus toilets, basins and tile grout

- All floors vacuumed and mopped, including under reachable beds and sofas

How much does a deep clean cost?+
Pricing is based on floor area and home type: 15,000 VND per m² for apartments, 17,000 VND for townhouses and 20,000 VND for villas, with a minimum of 900,000 VND. An 80 m² apartment, for example, is 1,200,000 VND. The price is confirmed before booking and stays fixed.
What's the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?+
A regular clean keeps things tidy week to week. A deep clean reaches the places that usually get skipped — door tracks, grout, limescale and built-up kitchen grease. To keep your home that way afterwards, take a look at Up Home, our regular care membership.
How long does it take?+
A 2–3 bedroom apartment is usually finished in one day. Townhouses and villas may need a larger team or more time, depending on size and condition. We'll confirm the expected time window when you book.
Does it include sofa, mattress, curtain or aircon cleaning?+
No — these are specialist services with their own pricing. You can add them to the same visit, so our team comes once and your household is disturbed less.
Do you clean inside cabinets, the fridge or the oven?+
Our standard scope covers the outside of cabinets and appliances. If you'd like the insides done too, we'll include it in your quote before the visit.
What do I need to do beforehand?+
Please put away valuables and important documents, and register our team with building management if your building requires it. You don't need to be home — every step is recorded in your Up Report, sent by WhatsApp or Zalo.
