Phu My Hung has been settled for a long time, and many apartments and villas in Tan My and Tan Hung have years of daily life behind them. Dirt arrives slowly in such homes: grease building on the kitchen splashback, limescale dulling the shower screen, sand deep in the balcony door track. An old stain in stone or tile glaze may never return to how it was.

So an Up specialist photographs the home before touching anything. Existing stains are recorded and reported to you, not attacked with strong chemicals. Marble and granite in the hall and living room are wiped only with a gentle product made for stone, because acidic products take the shine off natural stone. Restoring that shine is stone floor polishing, a different service, quoted after a survey. In the rainy season, May to November, rooms that are seldom opened can smell damp, and that too is noted in the Up Report.

Villa owners in Phu My Hung

Penthouse and duplex owners

Sky Garden has penthouses, often with a roof terrace or wide balcony; Happy Valley has duplexes and penthouses. More aircon units, more glass, designer furniture: we recommend a survey first.

Residents of apartment towers

At Sunrise City, Riviera Point, Midtown and the buildings inside Phu My Hung, management often asks residents to register outside staff in advance, checks ID at the lobby and assigns a service lift. We keep those rules in your home profile from the first visit.

Landlords

Many apartments and villas here are let furnished and change occupants with each lease. The Up Report records every room before and after, and can serve as the handover record.

A premium home holds things that cannot be bought again. Specialists follow two rules: if unsure, ask; if there is a risk, stop and report.

• Veneer, lacquered and oiled timber: a light damp wipe, dried at once; nothing sprayed straight on, no polish unless you agree.
• Velvet, linen and leather: vacuumed or dusted only. Leather sofa cleaning is a separate service at 160,000 VND per seat, minimum 390,000 VND.
• Plated metal, brass and stainless steel: a soft cloth along the grain; gold- or brass-plated handles are wiped dry.
• Paintings, sculpture and collectibles: surfaces are never touched; frames and lamp bases are dusted only with your permission.
• Personal items, papers and drawers are left alone. Photos are taken only where work is done, are not shared or published without your written consent, and are deleted on request.
• A door code is known only to the assigned specialist and our coordinators; use a temporary one and change it after the visit.

Families who look for a housekeeper in Phu My Hung usually want someone who knows the house, comes on schedule and can be trusted. 15,000 VND per m², at least 900,000 VND per visit. A three-bedroom apartment of 120 m²: 1,800,000 VND.

Penthouse or duplex deep clean

At the apartment rate. A 260 m² penthouse: 3,900,000 VND.

Villa deep clean

20,000 VND per m² of total floor area. A villa with 380 m² of floor: 7,600,000 VND.

One specialist for 3 hours: 390,000 VND per visit, or 780,000 VND for two visits a week.

A ceiling cassette aircon unit is 550,000 VND. Stone floor polishing is quoted after a survey.

English

Enquiries, quotes, booking confirmations and the Up Report can all be in English. If you need a specialist who speaks English in your home, ask when you book; where we cannot arrange one, we let you know beforehand and support the visit by phone or message.

Registration

Where a building wants outside staff registered with management, we send the specialist's name and photo in time for you to do it. Lobby formalities after an on-time arrival do not count as lateness; a real delay of more than 15 minutes takes 10% off that visit's invoice.

Keys

Nobody has to be home. Reception, building management or a relative can hold the key; it passes only to the assigned specialist, the times are written in the Up Report and it is never copied.

Booking and payment
