This policy explains how Uptech Technology Solution Company Limited (“UpClean”), tax code 0316973414, registered at B2 Kim Son Residential Area, Nguyen Huu Tho Street, Tan Hung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, collects and processes your personal data as data controller and processor, in accordance with Vietnam's laws on personal data protection.

It covers our website upclean.vn and all our official channels — phone, WhatsApp, Zalo and email — as well as information recorded while providing services in your home.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data. If you choose to tell us something like an allergy so we can serve you appropriately, or give us your bank account for a refund, we treat it as sensitive data and use it only for that purpose.

• Contact details: name, phone number, email, WhatsApp or Zalo account.
• Service details: address, building, unit number, type and size of home, special requests and service history.
• Access information: key handover instructions, temporary door codes and building registration details.
• Photos of the work area: as-found photos, before-and-after photos and your Up Report.
• Payment information: transfer references and invoicing details; bank account numbers are collected only when we need to make a refund.
• Technical data when you visit our website: IP address, device type, browser and cookies (see section 7).

You give consent when you request a quote, make a booking or confirm by message, after being told how your data will be used. Publishing photos of your home or your review always requires separate written permission.

You can withdraw consent at any time. This doesn't affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.

We never sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only as far as necessary with:

• The specialist assigned to your booking — only what they need for that visit.
• Partners delivering specialist services, such as licensed pest-control partners — only if you use that service and have been told in advance.
• Technical service providers for website hosting, email, messaging and accounting — under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
• Building management — access registration details, as the building requires.
• Competent authorities, where required by law.
• Some messaging and storage platforms may process data outside Vietnam; we only transfer data abroad following the procedures required by law.

• We keep data while providing our services and for up to 24 months after your most recent service, unless the law requires longer retention — for example, accounting records.
• Door codes and access instructions are shared only with your specialist and our scheduling team, and not kept longer than the booking requires. We recommend using a temporary code and changing it afterwards.
• Photos are stored in internal systems with restricted access.
• Everyone with access to personal data is bound by confidentiality and trained in data protection.
• If a security incident affects personal data, we notify the competent authority and you within the time limits set by law.
