Premium home cleaning in Phu My Hung, District 7 — villas, duplexes and long-lived apartments

This page is about the 433-hectare Phu My Hung urban area in the former District 7 of Ho Chi Minh City, along Nguyen Van Linh, Nguyen Luong Bang and Ton Dat Tien streets. Districts were abolished on 1 July 2025 under Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 and the city now uses wards, its local administrative units: the part once in Tan Phu ward is now Tan My, and the part once in Tan Phong is now Tan Hung.

We schedule both wards regularly, 07:00 to 20:00 every day, at the same prices and to the same Up Standard, our written working procedure, as in Thu Thiem or Thao Dien. Papers showing an old ward are fine; give us the neighbourhood, building and unit.

The price does not move

An all-inclusive quote before the day, with scope and exclusions; anything you have not approved in writing is not charged.

No stranger at the door

The booking confirmation names your Up specialist, the UpClean staff member who does the work, with a photo; ID and background have been verified.

On time

More than 15 minutes late and that visit's invoice drops by 10%; lobby formalities after an on-time arrival are not counted.

Everything back in place

Photos are taken before work starts, and each object goes back where the photo shows it.

Evidence of the work

The Up Report, sent by WhatsApp or Zalo: before-and-after photos, the checklist completed, who came and when.

A fix if it falls short

Send a photo within 48 hours of the Up Report and the item is redone free of charge.

Phu My Hung was built in stages. Sky Garden 3 was due for handover from the third quarter of 2010, Happy Valley was handed over in 2015, Riverpark Premier at the end of 2018, Hung Phuc Premier from August 2020 and The Peak at Midtown from November 2021. A kitchen cooked in for over fifteen years stands a short way from an apartment used for only a few.

Homes over ten years old

Grease sits on the hood filter and cabinet tops, grout has darkened, door seals are stained. The specialist photographs the home as found, tries each product on a hidden spot and tells you what is dirt that will come off and what is wear in the material.

Newer homes with imported finishes

Hung Phuc Premier and The Peak were described as using many materials imported from Europe. Plated surfaces are wiped dry and never meet scouring powder or a metal scourer; water is not left standing on cabinet edges.

Natural stone in both

No acidic products; a deep-set stain is noted and reported, not forced. Bringing back the shine is stone floor polishing, quoted after a survey.

The rainy months

From May to November a room that is seldom opened can smell damp; where we find it, the Up Report says so.

For a villa, a specialist looks at the stone, timber and curtains before we send the all-inclusive quote, and the checklist is split by floor and worked from the top down.

Nguoi Do Thi magazine (2023) notes that the south of the city is low-lying and still exposed to high tides, yet Phu My Hung floods rarely because of its planning: tide gates, a building density below 30% and about 8.9 m² of greenery per resident. All that greenery means dry leaves, pollen and fine dust on verandas, balconies, door tracks and insect screens.

• Marble and granite in the hall and living room are wiped only with a gentle product made for stone.
• Many neighbourhoods have guards who log visitors, so the specialist's name and photo are sent ahead.
• Paintings, sculpture and collectibles are not touched; frames and lamp bases are dusted only with your permission.
• Personal belongings, papers and drawers are left alone.

Sky Garden penthouses

Reported at about 174–500 m², often with a roof terrace or wide balcony. More aircon units, more glass, outdoor floors open to sun and rain: we survey first and split the work into sessions when needed.

Happy Valley duplexes

Two-storey duplexes of 170–325 m². The internal staircase is vacuumed and wiped step by step with its handrail; glass beside a double-height void is cleaned only within safe reach.

Riverpark Premier

Mostly three-bedroom homes of 112–231 m². The checklist is written space by space; works of art are photographed as found and wiped only as you instruct.

Midtown

The Grande, The Symphony, The Signature and The Peak. Homes beside the park and the water take more fine dust and pollen on the balcony.

Scenic Valley was presented as a development for families of several generations living close together. Such households often look for a housekeeper who comes regularly and knows their routine. UpClean does not place live-in helpers, and Up specialists do not cook, mind children or care for elderly relatives. What we provide is Up Home, at 130,000 VND per hour for each specialist and at least 3 hours a visit. Members keep the same team, and a home profile holds the household's habits: the grandparents' things stay where they are used to finding them, and toys go back to the right box and shelf.
