The first day of the Lunar New Year falls on Saturday, 6 February 2027; New Year's Eve is Friday evening, 5 February.
How early should I book?+
We recommend booking in December 2026 or early January 2027; weekends before Tết fill up first.
Are prices higher before Tết?+
No. Each item is charged at our listed price and confirmed in a written fixed quote.
What does a typical apartment cost?+
Example, 2-bedroom ~70 m²: Deep clean, 70 m² apartment: 1,050,000 VND · 3 aircon units (two 1–1.5 HP, one 2 HP): 775,000 VND · 3-seat fabric sofa: 390,000 VND · Curtains, 12 m²: 480,000 VND. Total: 2,695,000 VND. Example, 3-bedroom ~100 m²: Deep clean, 100 m² apartment: 1,500,000 VND · 4 aircon units (three 1–1.5 HP, one 2 HP; incl. 10% off from the 3rd unit): 1,000,000 VND · 5-seat fabric L-shaped sofa: 650,000 VND · Curtains, 20 m², incl. take-down and re-hang: 900,000 VND.
