How is school cleaning priced?+
It depends on floor area, classrooms, restrooms, floor types and frequency. After a free survey we send a fixed written quote; nothing changes without your approval.
Are your products safe around young children?+
Products are chosen and agreed with the school before work begins, favouring those suited to environments with young children, and are stored out of students' reach.
Do you handle clinical or medical waste?+
No. Medical waste is collected by licensed contractors. We clean non-clinical areas only, such as the lobby, waiting room, corridors, restrooms and offices.
Do you provide medical-grade disinfection?+
No. Our Disinfection & deodorising service treats shared surfaces in everyday spaces; clinical infection control remains the responsibility of the healthcare provider.
Do you wash towels for gyms and spas?+
No. We do not offer laundry; our scope covers the premises and equipment.
Do you work at night?+
Our service hours are 07:00–20:00 daily, and we schedule visits in quieter periods within those hours; for other times, please contact us.
Do you issue VAT invoices?+
Yes. VAT invoices are issued by Uptech Technology Solution Company Limited (tax code 0316973414) every billing cycle, together with your Up Reports.
