Move-in, post-construction or deep cleaning?
If the survey shows widespread cement, paint or sealant residue, or building work still in progress, we recommend the post-construction scope and explain why.

- A finished, empty apartment about to be occupied: light fine dust, labels, cupboard interiors, or traces of a previous occupant.

What does move-in cleaning cost?
Newly handed-over apartments: 22,500 VND per m², minimum 1,350,000 VND. Previously occupied apartments with no building work: 15,000 VND per m², minimum 900,000 VND. Add-ons are itemised separately.
- Example: 50 m²
- New handover 1,350,000 VND; previously occupied 900,000 VND (minimum applies).
- Example: 70 m²
- New handover 1,575,000 VND; previously occupied 1,050,000 VND.
- Example: 100 m²
- New handover 2,250,000 VND; previously occupied 1,500,000 VND.
- Aircon
- Wall units 250,000 VND (1–1.5 HP); three in one visit 725,000 VND after the volume discount. Free gas-pressure check, 90-day warranty.
- Mattress and sofa
- Mattresses from 350,000 VND; fabric sofas 130,000 VND per seat, minimum 390,000 VND.
- Fridge
- 1–2 door 350,000 VND; side-by-side or 4-door 500,000 VND.
The right order before moving day
- Finish everything that makes dust: curtain rails, shelves, lights, aircon installation, defect repairs.
- Clean the air conditioners first or in the same visit.
- Clean the whole apartment while it is empty.
- Clean any existing mattress and sofa and let them dry.
- Bring in furniture and boxes and unpack into clean cupboards.
Access, keys and service areas
Power and water should be connected before the visit. Keys or access cards can be left with reception, building management or someone you authorise; each handover and return is confirmed by message. Overseas owners can sign off by video and receive the Up Report in English.
We serve regularly in An Khanh (Sala, Thu Thiem, Thao Dien), Binh Trung, Cat Lai, Phu My Hung, Thanh My Tay (Binh Thanh), former Districts 1, 3 and 4, Phu Nhuan and Nha Be, and accept bookings in Districts 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, Go Vap, Tan Binh, Tan Phu and former District 9, with time slots confirmed on booking.
