Which ward is Estella Heights in?
Estella Heights is at 88 Song Hanh Street, formerly An Phu ward, District 2. Song Hanh runs alongside the south side of the former Hanoi Highway, now Vo Nguyen Giap Street. An Phu was split by Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15: Clause 76 combined part of it with Binh Trung Dong and Binh Trung Tay to form Binh Trung ward, and Clause 78 put the remainder into An Khanh ward.
The resolution doesn't map the internal boundary. Thu Vien Nha Dat's post-merger address lookup gives the new address as 88 Song Hanh, Binh Trung ward. Old or new address formats are both fine when booking; if your documents show a different ward, let us know.
Two phases, many unit types
According to VnExpress (April 2015), Estella Heights was developed by Keppel Land with partner Tien Phuoc. Phase 1 has two 33-storey towers with 496 one- to four-bedroom units of 60–180 m², then due for completion at the end of 2017. Keppel Land's announcement describes Phase 2, the Signature Collection, as 376 units of 60–314 m², including duplexes and sky villas.
The same sources list a clubhouse, gym, sky garden, 400 m jogging track, tennis courts, two 50 m pools and a children's pool, plus a five-storey shopping centre on site. With homes ranging from one-bedroom units to sky villas, cleaning needs vary widely within one development.
Cleaning duplexes and sky villas properly
Two floors joined by an internal staircase, a double-height living room and tall glazing mean dust moves downwards — from the upper floor onto the stairs, from the void onto shelves, lights and handrails. Clean the lower floor first and you'll be doing it twice.
So we always work top down: upper floor, then stairs and balustrade, then the lower floor. Wooden treads get a lightly damp wipe and are dried straight away; glass balustrades are cleaned on both sides where safely reachable. High fittings and curtain tops in the void are handled only if a stepladder inside the apartment reaches them safely — anything beyond that is noted and discussed with you, and we don't clean exterior glass at height.
Resort-style living, and what it means at home
Big pools, tennis courts and a jogging track encourage an active routine — along with damp towels, swimwear and trainers coming home every day. Bathrooms, laundry balconies and shoe cabinets pick up odours faster, and fabric sofas and mattresses absorb moisture if used straight after a swim.
Units facing Song Hanh and Vo Nguyen Giap are often kept closed against traffic noise, so aircon runs long hours and filters clog sooner; units facing the inner grounds are opened more for the breeze, so fine dust collects on door tracks and glass. We adjust the care plan to the unit's orientation.

Building management and independence
Developments with gated amenities and an adjoining mall usually control access closely: staff lists registered in advance, ID checked at reception, and set lifts and times for equipment. The specific rules belong to the building and may change, so we follow what you or management tell us when booking. You receive your specialist's name and photo before each visit; all are identity-checked and trained to the Up Standard. Check-in time after an on-time arrival doesn't count as late. We take bookings 07:00–20:00 every day.
