Chair cleaning: your questions
Do you take the chairs away?+
No. Everything is cleaned on site with extraction equipment, and each chair goes back to its desk or table.
How long before we can sit on them?+
Fabric chairs need a few hours to dry depending on padding and ventilation; leather dries sooner. Your specialist will advise at handover.
Can you work at weekends?+
Yes. We work 07:00–20:00 every day, so offices can book a Saturday, Sunday or late-afternoon slot.
How is the price calculated?+
By chair type, material, quantity and soiling. Small jobs are quoted from photos; larger offices after a free survey. The price only changes with your written approval.
Can leather chairs be washed?+
Leather is never washed with water. We use leather-specific cleaner, soft brushes and microfibre, then condition. Suede and nubuck are assessed from photos first.
Do you repair or reupholster chairs?+
No. We clean and condition only; tears, peeling leather or broken mechanisms are noted in your Up Report.
Do you issue VAT invoices?+
Yes, issued by Uptech Technology Solutions Co., Ltd. Payment is made after sign-off by bank transfer or cash.
