We treat a small test area first so you can approve the result. You receive a fixed written quote after a free survey at home or from photos and video.

We clean, whiten, recolour and seal grout, and polish tiles and screed floors in ways that suit each material. We do not regrout, replace broken tiles or repair leaks; those are photographed and noted so you can call the right trade. Deep grinding of concrete belongs to our Concrete floor polishing service, and natural stone to Stone floor polishing.

It depends on area, tile size, grout type, staining and the steps you choose. We send a fixed written quote after a free survey; small areas such as one bathroom can be quoted from photos.
Surface grime usually lifts with deep scrubbing. Where staining has soaked into the grout, it may only lighten; grout recolouring is then an option. The test area shows you the result first.
Yes, by deep cleaning and polishing with soft pads and glaze-safe solutions. We do not grind the glaze, and worn or deeply scratched glaze cannot be restored.
They are cleaned gently, lightly polished and sealed so the pattern shows more clearly. Deep stains or chipped tiles may not fully recover.
No. We record those areas with photos so you can arrange a repair contractor.
Once dry after scrubbing. If grout was recoloured or sealed, keep it dry for the time your specialist confirms at handover.
