We ask about your pets in advance, treat urine at the source with products made for organic stains, and ask that pets stay in a separate room while we work. We do not groom, board or treat animals; ticks and fleas are handled through our Bed bug & flea control service by a licensed partner.

What the package covers

We combine listed services in the right order — urine treated before washing, hair removed before floors are mopped. Examples: a 3-seat fabric sofa wash costs 390,000 VND; odour treatment only, 300,000 VND; a 2 × 3 m synthetic rug, 350,000 VND; Up Home from 390,000 VND per visit. Pet odours across several rooms are quoted after a survey.

Safety around pets

We use approved products as directed, never mix them, limit strong fragrances and keep bottles and buckets out of reach. Food and water bowls and toys are put away first, and pets return only once surfaces are dry. Fleas and ticks need a licensed environmental treatment plus veterinary care for the animal.

Pet-friendly home cleaning: your questions

How much does it cost?+

Each item uses our listed rates: fabric sofa 130,000 VND per seat (minimum 390,000 VND), sofa odour 80,000 VND per seat (minimum 300,000 VND), synthetic rugs 35,000 VND per m², Up Home 130,000 VND per hour. Pet odours across several rooms are quoted after a survey.

Will urine odour come out of a sofa completely?+

Fresh stains usually treat well. Urine that has soaked deep into foam may be greatly reduced rather than fully removed; we test first and tell you what to expect.

Do pets have to leave the house?+

No. They should stay in a closed room with water, or with a family member, while we work. We tell you when each room is dry.

Do you groom, bathe or pet-sit?+

No. We clean homes only and do not handle, groom, board or treat animals.

What about fleas and ticks?+

They are handled through our Bed bug & flea control service: a licensed partner treats the home while we clean soft furnishings. Your pet should be seen by a vet.

Should I use ammonia-based cleaners on pet accidents?+

No. Ammonia smells like urine to pets and may encourage them to return to the spot. Products made for organic stains are a better choice.

What does Up Home include for pet owners?+

Pet hair removal, floors, the litter-box and feeding areas, bathrooms and kitchen, following a checklist agreed at the first visit.
