Which ward is The Global City in?
Before 1 July 2025 the address read An Phu ward, Thu Duc City. Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 split the old An Phu ward between the new Binh Trung ward (Clause 76) and An Khanh ward (Clause 78), without describing the dividing line — so each development has to be checked individually.
For The Global City, two news sources agree. Thanh Nien (August 2025) reported that Binh Trung ward held its Party congress inside the township and described it as one of the ward's urban highlights; VnEconomy gives the location as Do Xuan Hop, Binh Trung ward, formerly An Phu. We therefore treat The Global City as part of Binh Trung ward.

SOHO townhouses: one home, several rhythms
A commercial townhouse lets the ground floor work as a shop, office or showroom while the floors above are family space. Each level gets dirty differently: the street floor takes dust and footfall, the kitchen and bedrooms need detail work, and the roof terrace and balconies collect rain residue and dust from neighbouring construction.
So rather than one price for the whole house, we quote by floor. You can do the whole property, or just what's needed — the trading floor before an opening, the living floors before the family moves in.
- Ground floor: floors, inside of the shopfront glass, counters, customer WC
- Living floors: kitchen, built-in wardrobes, bedrooms, bathrooms, aircon
- Stairs: treads, handrails, glass balustrades, skirting
- Roof terrace and balconies: light moss, rain residue, drains, railings
Living in a township that's still being built
The Global City is being delivered in phases: the SOHO quarter is lived in while other high-rise and commercial parts are still under construction. That's normal for a large new township, but it means construction dust settles on glass, aluminium frames, railings and balcony furniture faster than in a finished neighbourhood. Residents notice it most in sliding-door tracks, insect screens and outdoor aircon units — a seasonal deep clean with window and aircon cleaning keeps things looking new without heavy weekly cleaning.
Apartments in the township
As towers such as Masteri Grand View are handed over, most requests will be move-in and post-fit-out cleaning: protective tape, mortar at the skirting, dust in door tracks and cupboards — and plenty of wood and plaster dust once furniture is installed. Our suggested order: finish all drilling and cutting, do the move-in clean, clean any aircon that ran during the works, then bring in sofas, mattresses and curtains. Any visible snagging we notice is photographed for your reference; it is not a technical inspection.

Access and independence
Planned townships usually have their own security and management, and many ask owners to register visitors or limit equipment deliveries to certain hours; apartment towers typically use a service lift and reception check-in. We don't guess at The Global City's specific rules — we follow whatever you or management tell us when you book. Your specialists' names and photos arrive beforehand, and waiting time at check-in after an on-time arrival never counts as late.
