Which ward is Lumière Riverside in now?
VnExpress's report on the topping-out (March 2023) locates Lumière Riverside in the Thao Dien residential area, Thao Dien ward. Under Clause 78, Article 1 of Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15, the whole of Thao Dien ward — together with Thu Thiem, An Loi Dong, An Khanh and the remainder of An Phu — became the new An Khanh ward on 1 July 2025.
Some sales documents give the address under the former An Phu ward on what used to be Hanoi Highway (now Vo Nguyen Giap). An Phu was split between An Khanh and Binh Trung, and the resolution doesn't describe the internal line. If your papers show a different ward, just let us know — we serve both wards regularly, so your booking isn't affected.

The first clean after moving in
The handover ceremony took place on 9 December 2023, and Thoi bao Tai chinh Viet Nam reported that around 92% of residents had moved in six months later. Most homes here have now been through one or two hot seasons — the point where aircon, range hoods and fridge seals need their first proper clean.
At this stage the work is preventive: clearing fine dust from coils and filters and grease from hood filters before they turn into smells or noise. The photos in your Up Report also give you a record of each appliance's condition, which is handy when talking to suppliers about warranty.
Garden balconies
VnExpress and Tuoi Tre describe the towers' 'leafscape' design with hanging gardens on the facades, and many residents add planters of their own. The result is pleasant — and it means dry leaves, soil and watering run-off collecting at the balcony edge and in sliding door tracks. We vacuum the tracks before wiping, clean pot saucers and stained skirting, and wash balcony glass where it can be reached safely from inside. Shared façade planting is the building's responsibility, and our team never climbs over railings or works on ropes.

Getting into East and West towers
Newly operating premium buildings tend to register service providers carefully — names submitted in advance, ID at the lobby, a designated lift for equipment. Each building sets and updates its own procedure, so we simply follow what you or management tell us. Your specialist's details reach you before the visit, and lobby check-in time doesn't count against us if we arrived on schedule. We work 07:00–20:00 every day.
