Which ward is Feliz en Vista in, and how we serve it
CapitaLand lists the address as 01 Phan Van Dang, Thanh My Loi ward, former District 2. Clause 75, Article 1 of Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 merged the whole of Thanh My Loi and Cat Lai into a new Cat Lai ward from 1 July 2025, so Feliz en Vista is in Cat Lai — not Binh Trung, as is sometimes assumed.
We serve An Khanh and Binh Trung, the other two wards of former District 2, on a regular basis. In Cat Lai we still take bookings, but confirm the time slot first depending on the team's schedule that day.
According to CapitaLand and VietNamNet (May 2020), the project was developed by CapitaLand with Thien Duc and comprises 973 apartments in the Altaz, Berdaz and Cruz towers, plus the 154-unit Somerset Feliz serviced-apartment tower managed by The Ascott. Handover began with Berdaz and Cruz, and most phase-one units had been handed over by May 2020.
Why bundle tasks into one visit
With slots confirmed in advance, the most efficient approach is to group what you need: one registration, one person at home (or one handover of keys), one consolidated Up Report. For aircon it also saves money — 10% off each unit from the 3rd in the same visit. Mattresses and sofas go first in the morning so they have time to air and dry; aircon follows room by room; the deep clean of kitchen, bathrooms, floors and inside glass comes in the afternoon, and curtains are re-hung at the end. For larger jobs we can book two consecutive visits and confirm both slots up front.
A few years in: what needs refreshing
Handover began in 2020, so many units have been through several rainy seasons. Appliances are still in good shape, but dirt has started to build up where you can't see it: aircon coils, washing-machine drums and detergent drawers, mattress layers and door seals. Ho Chi Minh City's rainy season runs May to November with average humidity around 79.5%, which is why mattresses, fabric sofas and wardrobes in rented or rarely used units tend to hold odours. A timely refresh stops grime setting in.

Letting your apartment
Turnaround time between tenants is often short, so confirming a slot early matters. Your Up Report records before-and-after photos, tasks completed and the specialist responsible — handy as a condition record at handover. Keys or access cards can be left with family, your agent or management, subject to building rules.
Building access
Professionally managed towers usually ask residents to pre-register service staff, check ID at reception and direct equipment to a specific lift. Each building sets its own rules; we follow what you or management tell us. Specialist details arrive before each visit, and reception time after an on-time arrival isn't counted as late. Hours are 07:00–20:00 daily.
UpClean is independent — not a partner of CapitaLand, Thien Duc or the building's management. This page is for residents and owners in the three residential towers, not the serviced-apartment tower.
