Do you clean factories?+
Yes, after an on-site survey: new-build handover cleans, scheduled cleaning, machine floor scrubbing, concrete polishing, and on-site offices, canteens and restrooms.
How is factory cleaning priced?+
By floor area, floor type, condition, high-level areas, working hours and frequency. After a free survey we send a fixed quote in writing.
Can you work outside production hours?+
Yes, by agreement — in shift breaks, at night, at weekends or during maintenance shutdowns.
Do you polish concrete factory floors?+
Yes. Worn concrete can be ground, densified, polished and sealed, as described on our Concrete floor polishing page, confirmed after a survey and test patch.
Do you handle machinery degreasing or chemicals?+
We clean general dust and surface oil in agreed areas. We do not handle hazardous chemicals or waste, or clean inside machinery or running production lines.
Do you work at height?+
Within safe reach using ladders and long-reach tools. Anything needing lifts or scaffolding is quoted separately and done only with suitable equipment and written agreement.
Do you serve Binh Duong, Dong Nai or Long An?+
