Which ward is One Verandah in after 1 July 2025?
VnExpress (December 2018 and June 2019) places One Verandah on Bat Nan street, Thanh My Loi ward, District 2. Clause 75, Article 1 of Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 merged the whole of Thanh My Loi with Cat Lai ward into a new ward keeping the name Cat Lai. Since none of Thanh My Loi went elsewhere, One Verandah is now in Cat Lai — next to Binh Trung, one of our core wards.

The river-view verandah
Balconies here are where residents keep plants, a small table or a lounge chair — and, being open to wind and rain, they get dirty fastest. We work top-down: inside of the glass railing and handrail, frames and sliding doors, tracks (vacuumed first), the balcony floor, then the drain. Planters are lifted, cleaned under and put back exactly where they were. Outer faces that can't be reached safely from inside are out of scope.
Right-sized homes and a regular rhythm
For one- to three-bedroom homes, a steady Up Home routine usually works better than occasional big cleans: rooms, kitchen, bathrooms and balcony on a fixed day, with a rotating deeper task each month and fabrics and aircon each season. We suggest one deep clean to set a baseline, then weekly or fortnightly visits, adjusting hours after the first few.
After the first years of living
VnExpress reported completion planned for Q2 2020, so many homes have now had around six years of use: aircon coils need more than a filter rinse, sun-side curtains fade, built-in wardrobes can smell damp in the rainy season. For wooden floors we use well-wrung cloths and suitable solutions, never leaving water at board edges.

Booking in Cat Lai and building access
We're based in Sala, An Khanh ward. Regular slots at One Verandah are reserved from the start; one-off visits are best booked a few days ahead — we don't promise same-day arrival. Hours 07:00–20:00 daily. Many buildings require service staff to be registered and equipment to use the goods lift; we follow your or management's instructions rather than assuming One Verandah's rules. Check-in after an on-time arrival never counts as late. UpClean is independent of Mapletree and the building's management.
