Pricing depends on floor area, frequency, floor types and any specialist services included. After a free survey we send a fixed monthly quote, and any change requires your written approval.
Can you clean outside office hours?+
Yes. Visits can be scheduled early in the morning, at the end of the day or at weekends, as agreed in the contract, so your team is not disturbed.
How often should office carpets be cleaned?+
High-traffic areas such as entrances and corridors every 3–6 months; quieter rooms every 6–12 months. Regular vacuuming between cleans keeps colours fresher for longer.
Do you issue VAT invoices?+
Yes. We issue a VAT invoice for every billing cycle, together with a monthly work report for your records.
Do we need a long-term contract?+
Contract length is agreed around your needs. You can also start with a one-off deep clean or carpet clean to see our work before moving to a regular schedule.
How do you protect our documents and equipment?+
