Beyond daily cleaning
What a daily cleaner does not cover
A daily cleaner keeps the premises tidy: floors, bins and surfaces. The work that needs machines, technicians and more time is often left until customers notice. Recurring care covers exactly that part, and does not replace your current staff.
Air conditioners
Coils, filters, drain pans and outdoor units need washing with specialist equipment, plus a gas pressure check.
Washroom deep cleans
Limescale on taps and glass, grout, under toilet rims, drain grates and the source of odours.
Chairs, carpets, sofas, curtains
Fabric absorbs sweat and dust; it needs extraction cleaning on site and time to dry before you open.
Odours
Damp and sweat odours build up over time; we treat the source rather than mask it.
Glass
Partitions, doors and shopfronts within safe reach; façade glass needing ropes or a gondola is excluded.
Quarterly deep clean
High corners, frames, under shelving and the pantry: where a daily round does not reach.

An Up specialist visits, counts air conditioners, chairs and washrooms, measures carpets and curtains and notes your hours.

You receive the items, frequencies, planned dates and a price per item at our published rates.

Contract
Scope, price, schedule, billing period and how it ends are set out clearly; you have time to read before signing.

Your specialist
We assign the same specialist whenever the schedule allows; their name and photo are sent before each visit.

Up Report every visit
Before-and-after photos, the work completed and technical notes, sent by WhatsApp or Zalo.

Quarterly review
We review the schedule and results together; any change applies only with your written agreement.
Contract principles
Clear terms before you sign
We apply these principles to every recurring care contract. The term, notice period and other detailed clauses are set out in the contract itself for you to read before signing.
- The price is fixed by a written quote; nothing is added without your agreement.
- Any change to scope, frequency or cost needs your written agreement.
- No automatic renewal without your confirmation.
- A fixed weekly or monthly schedule, agreed at the outset.
- An Up Report after every visit, as the basis for sign-off.
- VAT invoices issued by Uptech Technology Solution Company Limited (tax code 0316973414) each billing period.

What is UpClean's recurring care for business premises?+
A fixed yearly schedule for the specialist cleaning a 50–500 m² business needs: aircon, washrooms, chairs, carpets, sofas, curtains, odour treatment, glass and a quarterly deep clean. You deal with one contact and receive an Up Report after every visit.
Does it replace our daily cleaner?+
No. A daily cleaner keeps the premises tidy: floors, bins and surfaces. Recurring care covers the work that needs machines, technicians and more time. The two complement each other, and you keep your current staff.
How much does it cost per month?+
It depends on the number of air conditioners, chairs and washrooms, your floor area and the frequency. Example at our published prices, for an assumed 150 m² shophouse-style premises with 8 wall-mounted air conditioners (1–1.5 HP), 20 fabric office chairs, 2 washrooms, one 3-seat fabric sofa, 20 m² of synthetic carpet and 30 m² of curtains. The three example plans average about 767,000 VND, 1,848,000 VND and 2,807,000 VND a month. Your own plan is quoted in writing after a free survey.
Is a plan cheaper than booking each service separately?+
The examples use our published unit prices, including the 10% reduction from the 3rd air conditioner in one visit that applies to every customer; a plan has no discount of its own. The benefit is a fixed schedule, one contact and a cost you can budget for the year.
Is the survey free, and are we committed afterwards?+
The survey is free and by appointment. Afterwards you receive a proposed schedule and a written quote, and decide for yourself whether to go ahead.
How long is the contract and how do we end it?+
The term, notice period and how the contract ends are set out in the contract, which you read and discuss before signing. Our principles: a price fixed by a written quote, changes only with your written agreement, and no automatic renewal without your confirmation.
When is the work carried out?+
Outside your customer hours: early morning, evening or closed days, between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, seven days a week. For chairs, carpets and sofas we allow drying time so everything is ready before you open.
Is pest control included?+
Pest control is carried out by a licensed partner, with UpClean coordinating dates and sending the Up Report. It is surveyed and quoted separately and can share the same schedule.
What if a visit falls short?+
Tell us, with a photo or by pointing to the item in the Up Report, and we redo any in-scope item that fell short free of charge within 48 hours of your Up Report.
