Villa cleaning cost: examples for 200, 300 and 500 m²
A villa deep clean is 20,000 VND per m² of total floor area across all storeys; multi-storey townhouses are 17,000 VND per m². Specialist items are added at listed prices, with minimums and the aircon discount from the 3rd unit applied. These are examples only; your written quote follows a survey. Pool treatment products are charged as used and agreed beforehand.
- Example 1 — 200 m² villa
- Deep clean, 200 m² villa: 4,000,000 VND · 4 wall-mounted aircon units, 1–1.5 HP (incl. 10% off from the 3rd unit): 950,000 VND · Curtains, 30 m², incl. take-down and re-hang: 1,300,000 VND. Total: 6,250,000 VND.
- Example 2 — 300 m² villa with pool
- Deep clean, 300 m² villa: 6,000,000 VND · 7 aircon units: five wall-mounted 1–1.5 HP, two ceiling cassettes (incl. 10% off from the 3rd unit): 2,225,000 VND · Marble staircase polishing, 22 steps: 3,960,000 VND · One-off pool clean, water surface up to 40 m²: 1,500,000 VND. Total: 13,685,000 VND.
- Example 3 — 500 m² villa with pool
- Deep clean, 500 m² villa: 10,000,000 VND · 10 aircon units: six wall-mounted 1–1.5 HP, one 2 HP, three ceiling cassettes (incl. 10% off from the 3rd unit): 3,215,000 VND · Curtains, 60 m², incl. take-down and re-hang: 2,500,000 VND · Granite staircase polishing, 30 steps: 6,000,000 VND · One-off pool clean, water surface up to 40 m²: 1,500,000 VND. Total: 23,215,000 VND.
Skylights, high glass and chandeliers
- We only work from the floor, a balcony or a ladder on firm, level ground — never from railings, roofs or sills.
- Exterior glass, skylights and double-height glass beyond safe reach are surveyed first; if access isn't safe, we say so and leave it out.
- Chandeliers are dusted within safe reach only, never dismantled or re-hung.
