Which ward is Palm City in?
Palm City, on Song Hanh, was previously in An Phu ward, which Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 split between Binh Trung (Clause 76) and An Khanh (Clause 78). VnExpress's report of 16 June 2026 on the new high-rise phase places the township in Binh Trung ward, and the Thu Vien Nha Dat lookup gives the same result for Palm Heights. We therefore treat both Palm Heights and Palm Residence as Binh Trung.

A township with a school: family rhythms
With an international school inside the township, Palm City attracts many families with young children. For them, the priority is rarely floors or glass but where children sleep, play and study: mattresses, bedding, rugs, sofas and bedroom aircon. Dust mites live in mattresses, pillows and rugs, and a dusty indoor unit blows it out all night. Doing these together — usually while the children are at school — gives rooms time to air and fabrics time to dry before bedtime.

Palm Heights apartments after several years
Handed over from 2019, most units have now seen many seasons: aircon cooling less well, sun-faded curtains, darkened bathroom grout, grease inside upper kitchen cabinets. In the towers we clean glass from the inside and within safe reach of the balcony only — the exterior curtain wall is the building's responsibility. For let apartments, a deep clean with aircon and fabrics at each tenant change works well.
Palm Residence townhouses and villas
The low-rise homes have been lived in since 2017. Multi-storey houses with stairs, terraces and gardens are quoted on total usable floor area at our townhouse or villa rate. Near the river, shaded paving and boundary walls pick up light moss in the rainy season, and leaves fill terrace drains — these can join a deep clean or be booked through our floor-scrubbing and water-tank services.
