Sofa cleaning: your questions
How is sofa cleaning priced?+
By the seat: 130,000 VND for fabric and 160,000 VND for leather, plus 50,000 VND for each ottoman or loose cushion. The minimum per visit is 390,000 VND. A five-seat fabric L-shaped sofa, for example, is 650,000 VND all-inclusive.
How soon can I use the sofa again?+
Fabric sofas are usually dry within 4–6 hours in a ventilated or air-conditioned room. Leather is cleaned with very little moisture and can be used about 30 minutes after we finish, once the conditioner has absorbed.
Is cleaning safe for leather?+
Leather is never washed with water. We use a leather-specific cleaner, soft brushes and microfibre cloths, then apply a conditioner to keep it supple. Suede, nubuck or peeling faux leather is assessed first, and we'll tell you honestly what can be done.
Can fabric sofas really be cleaned at home?+
Yes. Fabric and microfibre sofas are cleaned in place by spray extraction — nothing is taken away. Even zip-off cushion covers are cleaned on the sofa, which avoids the shrinkage and misshaping that machine washing can cause.
Can old stains be removed?+
Everyday marks such as drinks, sweat and ground-in dust respond well. Long-set stains, ink or marks that have already faded the fibres may only lighten; your specialist will tell you what to expect beforehand and note it in your Up Report.
Do I need to be home?+
No. Many clients leave a key with building management or family. Every step is recorded in your Up Report, sent by WhatsApp or Zalo.
