How is move-in cleaning different from a deep clean?+
Move-in cleaning removes cement dust, fine dust, adhesive, paint and protective tape left after construction, which takes more time and specialist solutions. It is priced on its own scale, from 1,350,000 VND.
Should I clean before or after the interior fit-out?+
If you're doing a fit-out, clean after it's finished so the work isn't undone. If you're only adding loose furniture, you can clean straight after handover and move in.
Do new air conditioners need cleaning?+
Yes, if they were installed during the fit-out — plaster and wood dust settle easily on filters and coils. Cleaning before first use means cleaner air from day one.
Can you help with building registration?+
Yes. We provide staff details, working hours and anything else needed so you can complete registration under each project's rules.
Do you clean multi-storey townhouses?+
Yes. Townhouses and shophouses are quoted on total usable floor area, including stairs, balconies and roof terraces. High-level façade glass that needs access equipment is surveyed and quoted separately.
