By the square metre: 35,000 VND for synthetic, 60,000 VND for wool and 90,000 VND for hand-knotted rugs, with a 350,000 VND minimum per visit. A 2 × 3 m wool rug (6 m²), for example, is 360,000 VND all-inclusive.
Do you clean on site or take rugs away?+
We clean on site, in your home or office, with professional extraction equipment — nothing needs to be transported. For a valuable hand-knotted rug, or one that needs a full immersion wash, your specialist will assess it first and advise you honestly on the best option.
Can you clean wool and hand-knotted rugs?+
Yes, with a dedicated process: a colourfastness test, wool-safe gentle solutions, controlled moisture and hand-cleaned fringes. We never use stiff brushes or heavy scrubbing, which can fuzz the fibres or distort the knots.
How does office carpet cleaning work?+
Office carpet is usually synthetic, in tiles or fitted, and is charged at 35,000 VND/m². We confirm the area, send a fixed quote before any work begins and can schedule at the weekend so your team isn't disturbed.
How long does a carpet take to dry?+
Usually 4–8 hours, depending on pile depth and ventilation. Open the windows or run the air-con or a fan, keep foot traffic light and wait until it is fully dry before putting heavy furniture back.
Can you deal with pet accidents?+
Fresh accidents usually respond well. Stains that have soaked into the backing over a long time may leave a faint mark or odour; your specialist will assess it, tell you what to expect and note it in your Up Report.
