Do you take bedding away to wash?+
Pick-up and return laundering is being arranged; please contact us to confirm before booking. The service is currently carried out in your home.
Can memory foam pillows be cleaned?+
Memory foam should not be soaked or steamed directly. We vacuum the inner, spot-clean and wash the removable cover per its label.
Can down duvets be cleaned at home?+
We vacuum the surface and spot-clean with minimal moisture. A full wash should follow the label at a facility with suitable machines.
Does vacuuming remove all dust mites?+
No cleaning method removes them completely. Regular vacuuming and cleaning reduce dust, skin flakes and mites; we make no medical or kill-rate claims.
How long does bedding take to dry?+
It depends on thickness, material and ventilation. Your specialist will explain; keep spare pillows handy for an afternoon booking.
