How much is an aircon gas top-up?+
R32 or R410A top-ups for wall units up to 2 HP start at 250,000 VND per unit. Cassette, floor-standing, units above 2 HP or other gas types are quoted after measuring.
Does an air conditioner need regular gas refills?+
No. Refrigerant circulates in a sealed loop and shouldn't run low in normal use. Low gas usually points to a reinstallation, an extended pipe run or a leak.
Is it low gas or just dirty coils?+
They look alike — weak cooling and sometimes ice on the coil. The reliable way to tell is to clean the filters and coils first, then measure the pressure. Many units cool properly again after cleaning alone.
Is the pressure check free?+
Yes, with every UpClean aircon cleaning. Readings for each unit are recorded in your Up Report.
Can I book a gas top-up without cleaning?+
Yes. Gas-only visits are accepted at the top-up price above (R32/R410A, up to 2 HP, from 250,000 VND per unit). We still measure the pressure first and only top up with your approval.
Do you fix gas leaks?+
No. We don't repair leaks or components. If a leak is suspected, we note it in your Up Report so you can contact a repair service or the manufacturer's service centre.
Can R32 be added to an R410A unit?+
No. Each unit is designed for one refrigerant. We only add the gas specified on the unit's label and never mix types.
