Landscape & garden maintenance: your questions
Do you offer regular villa garden maintenance?+
Yes. After a free survey we propose tasks and frequency — mowing, pruning, feeding, clean-up, pond care — with a fixed monthly or per-visit price.
Can I book lawn mowing only?+
Yes, one-off or on a schedule. For small gardens, send photos on Zalo or WhatsApp at 0968 726 135 for an initial quote.
Do you work with building managers and offices?+
Yes. We take periodic landscape maintenance contracts with weekly or monthly checklists, photo reports and VAT invoices.
Do the fish have to be moved when cleaning a koi pond?+
Usually not. Most tasks are done with the fish in place. If the water must be lowered significantly, temporary holding is agreed with the pond owner beforehand, and the owner has the final say.
Do you guarantee water quality or fish health?+
No. These depend on stocking, feeding, filtration and the water source. We carry out the mechanical cleaning agreed and record the pond's condition in your Up Report.
Do you guarantee plant survival?+
We do not give a general survival guarantee, as weather, water and use of the garden all play a part. Any plant-related commitment is written into the specific quote or contract.
Can you prune or fell large trees?+
