Which ward is Xi Riverview Palace in now?
VnExpress gives the address as 190 Nguyen Van Huong Street, Thao Dien ward, District 2. Clause 78, Article 1 of Resolution 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 merged the whole of Thao Dien — together with Thu Thiem, An Loi Dong, An Khanh and the rest of An Phu — into the new An Khanh ward from 1 July 2025. Because Thao Dien was not split, the project is unambiguously in An Khanh ward, the same ward as our Sala office.
What the building's design means for cleaning
According to VnExpress, the project was developed by South Korea's GS E&C and handover began on 23 December 2011. Each floor has only four apartments; floors 1–2 are parking, with one car and two motorbike spaces per unit; floor 3 holds the facilities; homes start on floor 4, with separate walls between units for sound insulation and ventilation. Facilities described include a pool, gym, sauna, yoga, mini golf, tennis, a children's playground, a restaurant and an international kindergarten on site.
Four homes per floor means large layouts with several bedrooms, wide living rooms and multiple river-facing aspects — more aircon units, more soft furnishings and a need to staff the job properly to finish in a day.
Homes approaching fifteen years old
Counting from the end of 2011, these apartments have been lived in for almost fifteen years, and many have changed hands or had kitchens, floors or bathrooms redone. At this age, cleaning is about restoring places no one has reached for years: grease on top of tall cabinets and in the range hood, limescale on shower glass and grout, grit and light mildew in river-facing door tracks and seals, musty built-in wardrobes and heavily dusted aircon fins. We photograph existing scuffs on timber, stone and worktops first so old wear is never confused with the day's work.
Cleaning after renovation
New floors, paint or kitchens leave fine dust in every gap — door grooves, curtain tracks, inside cupboards, aircon vents — which ordinary cleaning won't fully remove. Our post-renovation process is priced at the apartment rate times the post-construction factor. Book once contractors have removed their tools and materials; we recommend servicing the aircon after works finish, and cleaning curtains, mattresses and sofas last, once the dust is dealt with.
Sofas, rugs and curtains in a large living room
Big living rooms tend to have large sofas, rugs and long curtains along river-facing windows, and with a kindergarten on site, many households have young children. We clean on site by material: fabric sofas by wash-extraction, leather cleaned and conditioned, wool and hand-knotted rugs colour-tested first. Rugs: synthetic 35,000 VND, wool 60,000 VND, hand-knotted 90,000 VND per m².

Access and independence
Low-density buildings tend to guard residents' privacy closely, so contractor access is usually controlled: advance registration, ID at reception and directed lift use. We follow whatever you or management tell us at booking. Specialists are identity-checked and trained to the Up Standard; you receive their name and photo beforehand, and waiting at reception after arriving on time doesn't count as lateness. We work 07:00–20:00 daily.
