What our pool service does and does not cover

We handle mechanical cleaning and basic water balancing based on test-kit readings. We do not repair or replace pumps, filters, valves, lights or electrics, and we do not certify advanced water-quality parameters. Persistent colour changes, algae blooms or full water replacement are assessed and quoted separately.

Surfaces

Mosaic and ceramic tile: Grout lines are brushed carefully and the waterline descaled with tile-safe products.
Natural stone: Calcium-based stone is sensitive to acids, so we favour mechanical cleaning and test a small area first.
Painted or rendered finishes: Softer brushes are used and any peeling is recorded for your contractor.

Do you offer one-off pool cleans?+

Yes — for example before an event or after a long absence — as well as regular scheduled visits.

How much does pool cleaning cost?+

It depends on size, depth, surface, condition and frequency. Send photos or video on WhatsApp +84 968 726 135 or book a free survey for a fixed written quote.

Do you treat the water?+

We test pH and chlorine and carry out basic balancing with approved products when readings are off. More complex water problems are assessed and quoted separately.

Can you fix our pump or filter?+

No. We record any issues with photos in the Up Report so you can pass them to a pool technician.

When can we swim again?+

Once the water has settled if no products were added; otherwise we tell you the waiting time stated on the product label.

Do you need to drain the pool?+

Usually not. Full water replacement is only proposed in special cases and with your agreement.
