Which ward is Binh Thanh in after the 2025 reorganisation?+
Since 1 July 2025, Ho Chi Minh City no longer has districts; the former Binh Thanh district was reorganised into new wards, with Vinhomes Central Park now in Thanh My Tay ward. You can book using either your old or new address.
Which parts of Binh Thanh do you cover?+
We cover Vinhomes Central Park, including Landmark 81, the towers along Nguyen Huu Canh such as Saigon Pearl, City Garden and the surrounding neighbourhoods.
My building requires contractor registration. Can you help?+
Yes. We send our specialists' details, expected timings and anything else needed in advance, so you can complete registration under your building's rules.
Do you clean the outside of high-floor windows?+
We clean glass that can be safely reached from inside and from the balcony. Fixed exterior glass on high floors needs specialist access equipment and safety procedures; we're happy to discuss suitable options if you need it.
