How long does it take?+
About 45–60 minutes for a wall unit and 90–120 minutes for a ceiling cassette, depending on how dirty it is and where it is installed.
Is the outdoor unit included?+
Yes, when it can be reached safely. If access equipment is needed, we will let you know first and proceed only with your approval.
Do you refill gas or repair air conditioners?+

Do I need to be home?+
