Do you clean operating or lab rooms?+
No. We clean non-clinical areas only; clinical areas follow your own protocols.
Do you remove medical waste or animal carcasses?+
No. These are collected by licensed contractors. Our staff do not open or move those containers.
Is your disinfection medical-grade?+
No. We disinfect shared surfaces with approved products; clinical infection control remains your responsibility.
Do your staff handle, bathe or feed animals?+
No. Cages, kennels and daily animal waste are managed by your staff.
When do you work?+
Within 07:00–20:00 daily, mainly before opening and in quiet periods; grooming areas after the last session. For other times, please contact us.
Do you issue VAT invoices?+
