The title is also a promise: the person who comes to your home has been selected, trained, and takes responsibility for every part of their work.

• Identity documents and background verified before anyone starts work.
• A face-to-face interview focused on attitude, honesty and a genuine wish to look after people.
• We look for people who are calm, meticulous, discreet and eager to learn.
• Only those who meet the Up Standard are ever sent to your home.

• Up Standard training and a practical assessment before their first booking.
• Technique for each service and material: wood, stone, glass, fabric, leather and air-conditioning units.
• Workplace safety, correct use of products, and working in high-rise apartments.
• How to conduct themselves in a private home.
• Refresher training whenever the Up Standard is updated.

• Brown uniform with an orange logo and name badge; cap and shoe covers indoors.
• A mat under all tools, and never using your household items.
• Quiet, tidy work that doesn't disrupt your day.
• Never touching personal belongings or documents, and no photos outside the work area.
• Complete discretion about everything in your home.

Before each visit, you receive your specialist's name and photo. Their name also appears on your Up Report and thank-you card.

Up Home members are looked after by the same team, who learn your home's routines and preferences so you never have to repeat yourself.
